Processing time: A few minutes. Verification steps: 1. Prepare a document that confirms your age. 2. Go to the "Account Settings" page and select "Verification."  3. Choose the "iDenfy" verification method. Select the gender of the performer being verified and click "Start Verification." 4. You will be redirected to the iDenfy portal, where you will follow these steps: - Select the country where your document was issued. - Choose your document type. - Take a photo of your document, following the provided requirements. - Scan your face to confirm that the document you're providing belongs to you. Congratulations! Your verification is complete! ID or Passport Document processing: manual. Processing time: Monday through Friday, from a few minutes to 24 hours. Verification steps: 1. Prepare two photos: - A photo of your age-verification document (opened to the page with your photo and date of birth). - A photo of yourself holding the document (opened to the page with your photo and date of birth). 2. Go to the "Account Settings" page and select "Verification." 3. Choose the "ID" or "Passport" verification method. Select the gender of the performer being verified, upload both photos to the designated fields, and click "Start Verification." 4. Wait for an administrator to review your submission. You will receive a notification in your profile about the result. Frequently Asked Questions How will I know if I need to complete age verification? You will receive a notification. What documents can I use to confirm my age? You can use any of the following documents to confirm your age: - Driver's license. - Identity card. - Passport. - Residence permit. ❗Note: If your ID document contains information unrelated to your age (e.g., social security number, tax ID, document number), you may cover this information. This will not prevent age verification. I've already been age-verified, but I'm seeing a notification that I need to verify my age again. Why? This means that there are multiple performers in the content you've uploaded to the site. The notification is about verifying their age, not yours. What are the most common reasons for age verification rejection? No selfie with the document Submissions are often missing the required selfie photo. Instead, users sometimes submit a photo of the back of their ID (this is not necessary). Inability to see the date of birth on the document This can happen if the document's photo is low quality or if the document is closed (e.g., a photo of the passport cover). The document is not visible in the selfie The photo of your document is partially covered or the part with your photo or date of birth is not visible.

To be sure that all content provided by content promoters is 100% verified, there are 3 simple verification steps to proceed: Model image verification To confirm that content promoters are real and promote their own created content. NB! The photos are public and remain in the content promoter’s photo album to have the model profile active. If photos are removed, you will automatically lose your status.  SMS Confirmation To confirm that content promoters are residents of Latvia, they must be verified via SMS.  ID Verification To confirm that content promoters are 18+ years old, they must be ID verified.
